As of July the 15th, 2015 I have been blessed with the birth of my little baby girl Angel. I have been enjoying every bit of this journey of motherhood and as such am currently on Maternity leave until February 2016.

I will be opening up only selected spots for Personal Training in February 2016, and will also be offering PRE and POST-NATAL training from this time as well as 2 x group training classes.

I am available to take enquiries, so please don’t hesitate to contact me for any further information and to reserve your place for February 2016 training.
