6 WEEK BOOTCAMP
Our 6 Week Bootcamp sessions are run in 6 Week training cycles.
We use a combination of weights based and strength workouts which are designed to help you lose body fat, build muscle tone and increase fitness. We love training with weights as this style of training has the power to change and shape your body faster than any other type of exercise. Lifting weights increases muscle definition (tone) and enhances metabolic rate. Other benefits especially for our older clientele is increasing bone density in order to reduce the risk of fractures and broken bones.

All of our Bootcamp sessions are programmed so you are guaranteed to make progress. If you are looking for the results you would gain from personal training sessions at a fraction of the cost, in a fun and supportive environment then these sessions are for you.
All purchased group class training sessions will expire at the end of the current purchased Bootcamp Block. Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited.
If you are physically unable to continue training, you must bring a doctor’s note. Any prolonged travel plans you must make special arrangements in advance.
Please arrive on time of your scheduled Bootcamp class. A late start time disrupts other class participants. Missing out on warming up correctly can increase your risk of injury.
Latecomers will also have missed cues and exercise program for the class, which makes it difficult to follow safely as well as disrupting other class participants.
Last minute cancellations or attempts to reschedule are inconvenient for us and for our other class participants – especially classes that are in high demand and have a waiting list. While we will make every effort to be flexible and accommodate your schedule, we will do so only under the following conditions:
If you need to cancel your scheduled Bootcamp class you must do so by calling or texting 0414 371 335 at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. If we are not available leave a message. We will check class availability and get back to you with confirmation of a make-up class date and time as soon as possible.
If for any reason you do not call or text at least 24 hours of your scheduled class, your Bootcamp class will be forfeited. All make up classes can only be made within your current scheduled Bootcamp block.

What I love about Bootcamp training is the small group of supportive lovely ladies that are in the group. Also Kelly and Anastacia are fantastic and encouraging to help you reach your goals. I think my greatest achievement was being able to do an unassisted chin up.
I love training Bootcamp sessions because of the positive, supportive and safe atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. My greatest training achievement was hitting PB’s on the deadlift and back squat and achieving my first unassisted pullup ever in my life!
