I loved training with Kelly and Anastacia throughout my pregnancy, not only did it make me feel great after each class. But i personally think it also helped me bounce back quickly (much earlier than I thought I would!) each week I got closer to my due date Kelly would adjust each exercise slightly to ensure I wasn’t overdoing it or causing harm to the baby. ⠀ I would definitely recommend the 6 Week Bootcamps to other mums and mums to be. What I love about Bootcamp training is the small group of supportive lovely ladies that are in the group. Also Kelly and Anastacia are fantastic and encouraging to help you reach your goals. I think my greatest achievement was being able to do an unassisted chin up.
I love training Bootcamp sessions because of the positive, supportive and safe atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. My greatest training achievement was hitting PB’s on the deadlift and back squat and achieving my first unassisted pullup ever in my life!
I had previously trained with Kelly, so I knew once I had my first baby that she was the trainer I trusted to help me achieve my goals of getting my body back to pre-baby weight. As a mother herself, Kelly understood the many challenges that new mothers face with a newborn - sleepless nights, lack of energy and motivation. She helped me set mini goals and now that my baby has just turned 1, I too have surpassed my fitness and fat loss goals. I love the Bootcamp classes! I can do 2 unassisted chinups, deadlift 80kgs AND I have lost 30KILOS of weight in these last 10.5months. Thank you Kelly - you are the best in the business! I couldn't have done it without you
