MEET KELLY GOMEZ

Kelly is the Owner and Director of Life Plus Fitness. She has been helping women transform their bodies through all stages of their lives for over a decade.

Kelly has experience training a wide demographic of women, ranging from teenagers to seniors, Pre and Post Natal clients, to dancers and many a bride leading up to her wedding day.

Kelly is a National (2012) and Commonwealth IPF Powerlifting Champion (2013). Since she begun competing in Powerlifting she has held several National Deadlift records as well as an Oceania record for the deadlift.

In July 2015 she gave birth to her daughter Angel.  Having trained countless mothers to remain strong, fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy, she put into practice her own training methods on herself.

In 2016, at 8 months postpartum Kelly returned to the platform and with the help of her Coach Kimberly Walford, she placed first in her first Powerlifting Competition post baby.

Kelly is passionate about empowering women, particularly mothers, to be the best version of themselves. She loves educating her clients about the benefits of strength training, exercise, nutrition and self development and her mission is to help as many women live their most healthiest and happiest life.

MEET ANASTACIA JONES

Growing up, Anastacia was always active playing sports and competing in Latin American dance competitions. She started her fitness journey after being diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and noticed a huge change in her body and fitness levels.

Anastacia’s passion strength training was sparked after watching a friend compete in her first powerlifting competition in 2017.

Since then Anastacia has become a qualified personal trainer. Her passion is to help women that also suffered with hormonal imbalances to understand they are not alone and that they can also achieve their health and fitness goals.  Through her own personal journey with exercise, she has noticed a huge change in not only her appearance but also her mental health and the way she viewed her body.

She wants to empower and educate women to live a healthy and active lifestyle that they can maintain throughout their life rather than falling for the next diet fad or quick fix results.
